I hereby consent to the Futur Graffiti Solutions Inc. and its employees using such means as may be necessary to remove the graffiti from said surface, wall , building or structure . Such removal shall be at a reasonable & negotiated cost to the undersigned and shall occur any day between the hours of 7am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday , and without additional notification to the undersigned .

I specifically understand that only graffiti will be removed , and there will be no painting or repair of a more extensive area , and no further obligation on the part of Futur Graffiti Solutions Inc. to match texture or color of the cleaned surface unless specifically requested by the company or the owner.

In consideration thereof I hereby releases Futur Graffiti Solutions Inc. its Officers & any other Company Employees from any liability whatsoever.

Furthermore, I release Futur Graffiti Solutions Inc. & its Directors , Agents or Employees from the obligation of rehabilitation, repair or replacement of the walls, structures or surfaces in the event any damage occurs thereto by reason of such removal .
